Yep, we've all heard these comments and worse.  We've all encountered the furious, the angry, the jealous, the irate, and the inconsiderate driver AND cyclist out there on the road. So, the big question is...who's right?! It's pretty amazing how many people (cyclists and non-cyclists alike) don't know the rules of the road associated with bikes. Heck, I was even told once - BY A POLICE OFFICER - to get on the sidewalk!!
